The 1989 Hi-Star (also marketed as the Altima 55) is handsome pilothouse yacht whose combination of quality construction, spacious accommodations, and affordable price make her a serious contender in the U.S. motor yacht market. Built by HiStar in Shanghai, the 55’s vacuum-bagged hull is cored above the waterline and features a shallow keel for directional stability.
